First, I have enjoyed working with Louis over the past couple years. He has been very helpful and deliveries were also handled in a professional, efficient manner. However, no one disclosed the excessive and onerous rotation requirements for this mattress at the time of sale or delivery; if they had, that would have been a deal break and I would not have proceeded with the purchase. But the real disappointment has been their reaction to my dissatisfaction with this clearly inferior, defective, worthless mattress. The owner has strung me along for three months with conflicting stories, silence and excuses, instead of apologizing and trying to rectify the situation. He claims it’s out of his hands because it’s a Kingsdown mattress. NO! It is in fact an EA branded mattress made by Kingsdown. Besides, he’s the seller, so he has the ultimate responsibility to the customer. I will never shop at EA again.
